For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "td77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the td77 platform and its operating entity, the owner and operator of the website at td77.site and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the td77 website, mobile-optimised site, and all services, features, games, and betting markets made available therethrough.

Users found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any withdrawals pending during the relevant period reviewed and potentially withheld pending investigation.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing td77 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. • Mental Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgement at the time of registering or placing wagers.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on td77. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Own Funds: You must only deposit and wager funds that are your own property and that have been acquired lawfully. The use of td77 for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously applied for self-exclusion on td77 or be subject to an active self-exclusion agreement with any related gaming operator.

To access real-money features of the td77 Platform, you must create an Account. The registration process requires accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration flow.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account to any third party.
• td77 may require you to complete KYC verification at any point, including prior to the processing of withdrawals exceeding PKR 10,000 or at td77's discretion.

td77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these registration requirements, and to withhold any funds pending investigation where fraud, misrepresentation, or policy violation is suspected.

td77 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time at td77's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 (or such other amount as may be specified at the time of deposit for a specific payment method).
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your td77 wallet within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing institution.
• td77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be investigated as potential fraud.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your td77 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• td77 aims to process eligible withdrawals within 5 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours in some circumstances.
• td77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly those above PKR 50,000 or where fraud indicators are present.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings derived from Bonus Funds, after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements, may be eligible for withdrawal as Real Funds.
• td77 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, the Platform's Bonus Terms, anti-money laundering obligations, or any other applicable policy.

td77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. td77 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal as Real Funds.

All betting and gaming activity on td77 is subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, as well as the following general rules:

• Sportsbook: All sports bets — including cricket, PSL, American football, UFC, and other markets — are subject to td77's Sports Betting Rules, which form an integral part of these Terms. Bets are settled according to official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body or event organiser. In the event of result disputes, td77's interpretation shall be final.
• Casino Games: All casino games — including live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, slot games, and RNG table games — use certified random number generator technology or live dealer mechanics as applicable. • Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, network disconnection, or software error, td77 reserves the right to void any affected bets. A malfunction voids all pays and play. td77 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on td77 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration, verification, or support interactions;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system on td77;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupted wagering activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion;

• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;

You must not:
